Payment for the service is made automatically monthly. The subscription is flexible, you can customize it to suit your current team size or cancel at any time. There are no annual obligations.
Once you cancel your subscription, you and your team members will still be able to use all features of the app. Only the limitation described in the section above will apply until you reactivate your subscription.

There are two types of user accounts: a manager account and a team member account. When you register a new account, it will always be a manager account. Then, once you log in, you can create accounts for your team members.
Any team member, including the manager, can record completed works and generate various types of reports.
The difference between a manager account and a team member account is that a manager can manage subscriptions, team size, team member details, client types, client list, type of work list, work cost, etc. A manager can also create various financial reports.
To put it simply, the manager menu is only available to the manager, other team members don't have it.
